MÉXICO — A falta de un partido para que termine la fase regular del Apertura 2019 ya están listos los ocho invitados a la Liguilla.

Con el triunfo en casa, Rayados (8º) se quedó el último boleto a la Fiesta Grande y eliminó a Pumas, Pachuca, Chivas y Atlas para asegurar su lugar en cuartos de final, donde enfrentará al líder Santos Laguna (1º).

El otro duelo definido es León (2º) vs. Morelia (7º). La Fiera terminó como segundo lugar general tras vencer el viernes a Tijuana en la frontera, mismo resultado que le dio la clasificación a los Monarcas, quienes cayeron ante Gallos Blancos este sábado.

Las dos series restantes serán definidas por el resultado que tenga Tigres este domingo en su visita a Juárez. El equipo de Ricardo Ferretti se encuentra en sexto lugar, por lo que un empate o derrota ante Bravos los mantendría en el mismo puesto y se medirían con Querétaro (3º) en la siguiente ronda, mientras que en ese escenario Necaxa (4º) se vería las caras con América (5º).

En caso de ganar, los Felinos escalarían al tercer lugar general y bajarían a las Águilas al sexto puesto, dejando la otra llave entre Gallos y Rayos.
