En la presente temporada LeBron ha jugado 47 partidos, se perdió 17 por una lesión en la ingle de la pierna izquierda en el partido de navidad contra Golden State; con su ausencia los angelinos sufrieron y registraron marca perdedora con 11-16.

James promedia 27 puntos, 8 asistencias y 8.6 rebotes en 35.6 minutos por partido.
