El pintor Fabián Chairez ya no sólo tiene que preocuparse por los nietos de Emiliano Zapata, sino también del mismísimo Hijo del Santo.

El luchador mexicano defendió la imagen de su padre luego de que uno de los cuadros de Fabián Chairez mostrara a un hombre usando una máscara del Santo, asegurando que no puede usar una marca registrada.

«Cada artista puede hacer lo que quiera con su obra pero NO puede violar un derecho de Autor ni una Marca, está, está registrada y no es del dominio público», escribió el Hijo del Santo en Twitter.

El luchador también le dio retuit al usuario Manuel Morales (@manuremulo) que estableció: «La verdad eso no es arte es una burla».

Además, pidió la opinión del Instituto Nacional del Derecho de Autor Oficial sobre el asunto, ya que tal vez considere demandar.

Finalmente, el hijo del Enmascarado de Plata pidió que la próxima vez el pintor use a uno de sus familiares.

«O que use los rostros de sus familiares más cercanos o de los padres de las personas y comunicadores y personas que están ‘encantados’ con estos trabajos», escribió.

En mensaje a CANCHA, el luchador dice no criticar la obra, sólo defiende su marca registrada.

«No critico las obras de Chairez, yo defiendo la imagen de mi padre y de mi personaje que están debidamente registrados. Él puede pintar lo que guste, no tengo problema con las preferencias sexuales», escribió.

Chairez ha estado en medio de la polémica por el cuadro de Emiliano Zapata desnudo, usando tacones y sombrero rosa, el cual se expone en Bellas Artes y que grupos han pedido que se retire al punto que ingresaron hace unos días al recinto del centro de la Ciudad de México.
