Noel en entrevista con TODO DEPORTE ONLINE mencionó que no solamente su compañía se dedica a seleccionar los posibles jugadores para los equipos de Grandes Ligas, sino que también uno de los objetivos es el de evaluar y recomendar a jugadores para los colegios, enseñándoles a los peloteros y a los padres de familia cuál es el proceso para llegar y tener éxito en el béisbol colegial.
