HOUSTON (martes, 21 de enero de 2020) – Dynamo Charities y Houston Dynamo Legend Stuart Holden, en colaboración con el Departamento de Parques y Recreación de Houston, organizarán una gran inauguración de las mini canchas construidas en Herman Brown Park (400 Mercury Dr, Houston , TX 77013) a las 12:30 p.m. el jueves 23 de enero.
“Hace un par de años, cuando el huracán Harvey devastó Houston, sabía que necesitaba encontrar una manera de ayudar a mi ciudad natal. Todo comenzó con una publicación en las redes sociales y se convirtió en un exitoso partido de fútbol de celebridades que reunió a una ciudad en un momento de necesidad ”, dijo Holden. «Estoy extremadamente orgulloso de regresar a Houston esta semana para abrir una serie de mini canchas en el centro de la ciudad con algunas de las ganancias de Kick In For Houston». Se construyeron cuatro mini parcelas en el parque Herman Brown y estarán abiertas al público durante el horario del parque de 8 a.m. a 9 p.m. El Dynamo en colaboración con Dynamo Charities organizará clínicas de fútbol gratuitas en el Parque Herman Brown esta primavera, además de programar desde el Departamento de Parques y Recreación de Houston.

Herman Brown Park fue seleccionado como el sitio de las mini canchas en respuesta a una necesidad expresada por la comunidad futbolística.
