HOUSTON.- Mientras en días recientes la directiva de los Charros de Jalisco habían anunciado que ya todo estaba casi listo para que Roberto Osuna se enfundara en la casaca de los tapatíos, el lanzador sinaloense dijo que los Astros de Houston le negaron el permiso para lanzar en la Liga Mexicana del Pacífico.

Salvador Quitarte, presidente del club, dijo que el mánager de los jaliscienses, Roberto Vizcarra, conversó con el líder en salvamentos de la Liga Americana, quien según le afirmó que Jeff Luhnow, gerente general de los Astros, le informó que estaba en posibilidades de participar por lo que los Charros lo habilitaron en su roster.
Con esa información, Quitarte dio instrucciones a Ray Padilla, gerente general, para que hiciera los trámites y conseguir la autorización.
Sin embargo, el día de hoy Osuna dijo que definitivamente su equipo no le dio el permiso y se quedó con las ganas e ilusionado por debutar en la LMP “y más en esta ciudad de Los Mochis, que es donde vivo”.
